With over  decades of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, I'm there to guide you through any type of birth experience, whether it's a c-section, epidural, no epidural, VBAC, high risk or multiples - I can help you through it.

Birth doula services cost 3,700 NIS, which can partly be reimbursed by Israeli kupot cholim. The package includes:

 

• Free consultation

• Prenatal meeting in person or on Zoom

• Support in pregnancy, labor, and delivery

• Support for 1-2 hours after birth and breastfeeding assistance

• Postpartum visit (read more about what that includes)

• Unlimited phone and text support
