 My Virtual  Pregnancy, Birth and Postbirth support program  will get you and your partner ready physically, emotionally, and mentally for labor, birth and postpartum. I walk  you through all the confusing steps  to help  you plan for your upcoming birth with confidence. Virtual doula support takes childbirth education to the next level.   When you have questions that arise throughout your pregnancy, I am a resource to answer those questions and help you navigate and discover your best decisions for your labor and birth.

This package allows for guidance coaching virtually through Whats app and Zoom.  Services cost is 2200 NIS, which can  be reimbursed by Israeli Kupot Cholim. The package includes:

• Two virtual prenatal meetings

• Unlimited phone and text support
